Striking Sweet Septembers

10/3/12

'Tis the season for favourites. I think every blog I read is going through their September Favourites at the moment. But I feel like I have my own good little group of products I've loved this month going, and wanted to share that. Not all of these products are fully tested, but some are staples whereas others are going steadily in that direction.

Chance by Chanel- I've worn this perfume since I was 16, it's the only thing I can really commit to. I haven't strayed to any others over the years. I didn't touch it too much over the summer but now I've fallen in love with it again, as I usually do, and am just so excited about wearing my Chanel again.

Revlon Lip Button in Raspberry Pie 010- I just did a swatch post on this pretty lippie. I'm really enjoying the colour, which would look great on a range of NC25-NC35 skintones!

Chanel Joues Contraste Reflex 82- One of my favourite blushes, a beautiful coral rose. Quite a subtle colour and perfect for any season. Once again I love the finely milled product and how well it blends with my skin and skintone.

Nivea lipbalm Essentiel- Who can live without their favourite lipbalm in the fall and winter seasons?

Lush Mint Julep Lip Scrub- I mentioned this little guy not too long ago, also a great ally in the fall/winter seasons. My lips always become chapped and flaky and this scrub helps smooth them out. Don't forget to apply a lipbalm or protectant afterwards.

Lush Coal Face Cleanser- A new addition to my skincare cohort. I plan on reviewing this product very soon, and am so excited to share it with you!

Bobbi Brown double ended Eyeliner and Eyeshadow brush- I got this way back in the day with my Bobbi Brown Bare to Bold palette (by the way the BB palettes are amazing) and it just stayed there-I only used it with my palette. I've finally taken it out and use it daily and it's perfect! I'm considering purchasing some other Bobbi Brown brushes.

What do you ladies think of my little group, have you tried any of these products?
Any recommendations, likes or dislikes?
