Cold Weather Must-Haves

We skincare lovers have certain products that we're obsessed with during the colder months. This could range from lovely luxury products to actual necessities, or just a great combination or both! I've compiled my little list of cold weather must-haves - a short tactful list of necessities to get started!

Pur Dirty Girl Mud Mask  - One of my favourite cleansing masks (stay tuned for my top 3!), it sucks out all the impurities that take home in your pores. I find that the winter months are the worst for my skin. I require quite a bit more exfoliation and masks to help slough off the dead skin and keep my pores dirt-free - this mask is perfect for the job.

Julep Bare Face Cleansing Oil - I love facial oils for night-time moisturization, but I was always really hesitant to try Cleansing oils. I was sure that they would clog my combination skin and that they wouldn't provide me with the necessary deep cleansing. In fact, they're brilliant for taking off the day's makeup. I received Julep Bare Face Cleansing Oil in a Julep Maven monthly box and I was instantly attached to it! Now, when I wear heavy makeup, I can easily remove it using this!

Hand Chemistry Intensive Youth Complex Hand Creme - This hand cream was actually sent to me, and I was ever so excited to try it! Not only does it smell amazing but its a nice thick (but not too thick) texture that is great for moisturizing ultra dry skin during the winter. This is also a great cream if you need some all-over moisture on the go! Check out my post on it here.

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate - A facial oil that isn't so lightweight, making it perfect for winter months. I feel as though this takes care of my dehydrated skin and helps fade away the spots/marks on my face. So any old blemish scars you may have, will start to fade after a few days, helping the skin renew.

Nivea Hydro Care (or Essential) Lip Balm - For me, Nivea is a staple moisturizing brand. It's easy to find worldwide (shout-out to German factories!) and they have great simple products at low costs. I love the Nivea Lip Balm and really loving the Hydro Care (light blue package, pictured) or the Essential Lip Balm (dark blue package, not pictured). They add moisture and they lock it in. I always throw one in my bag/purse for on-the-go use!

Epic Blend Lip Balm (feat. in Green Apple) - I received this in one of my monthly subscriptions a while back. I've been using it and loving it ever since. Most of the time I put it on before bed and come morning my lips are as soft and moisturized as ever! I always tend to wake up and forget how chapped and sore they were the night before! It works well as an everyday lip balm as well, and when I travel, I don't leave without it!

What are you must-haves for Winter?
